We realise and appreciate the fact that we are being entrusted with some of your most valuable assets, and we undertake to manage those assets to the highest professional standard, for a reasonable management fee.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE

We charge a management fee of just 8% of the monthly rental per property with a minimum of R525. No VAT is applicable. There are no finders fees, no lease costs to owners, and no hidden charges.

MONTHLY INVOICES & STATEMENTS

We issue monthly electronic rental and services (if applicable) invoices to tenants, and reconciliation statements to owners. If required, we will pay, on the owner's behalf, all municipal services and rates accounts.
